Claude-first AI enablementFlorida Gulf Coast
Everyone has the intelligence. The winners install it.
Your own AI department.
From $2,500 a month.
Tempo installs Claude into your company, then keeps it current, builds the next skill every month, and proves what came back.
- Everything we build, you own
- Your data never trains AI
- A person approves every output
Everyone bought the tool. One in twenty made it pay.
McKinsey asked 1,719 leaders what AI did for their business this year. The answers explain why most AI spending feels like nothing happened.
Why the 80 becomes 6
Same models, same tools, same seats as the six percent.
Same steps, same handoffs, same retyping. AI sits on top of the old work.
The six percent run the same tool. They changed the company around it.
McKinsey, The State of AI, 2026 (n = 1,719). BCG, The Widening AI Value Gap, 2025 (n = 1,250): one company in twenty turns AI into revenue growth and margin.
Sound familiar?
Four sentences we hear on the first call.
- 01
“We pay for AI and I can’t point to a single thing that changed.”
Tempo’s answerScored at the start. Re-scored every ninety days.
- 02
“My best person built something clever on his own account. If he leaves, it leaves.”
Tempo’s answerOne workspace, in the company’s name. What they built stays.
- 03
“Half my team uses it, half is scared of it, nobody’s good at it.”
Tempo’s answerEveryone trained on their own work, in the room.
- 04
“Somebody pasted a client file into a chatbot last month. I found out by accident.”
Tempo’s answerAccess mapped folder by folder. A usage policy, signed.
Your most AI-fluent employee is learning fast, on an account you cannot see, building things the company does not own. Every month that continues, the company gets less of it and the risk gets larger.
Talk to TempoThe six percent did three things the rest skipped.
Owned · Redesigned · MeasuredThey own what they built.
One company workspace, in the company’s name. What people build stays when they leave.
The rest: twelve people, twelve private accounts.
They redesigned the work around it.
The procedure runs the same way every time. A person approves the draft.
The rest: AI added to the old steps.
They wrote a number down first.
Scored before they started, so they could tell what moved.
The rest: “It feels faster.”
That is what an installation is. It is what Tempo does.

- Day oneThe call
You know where to start.
A free 30-minute strategy call with a founder. Your first three opportunities, named.

You hold the map.
On day seven, the Baseline Report: every repeat task ranked, each department marked ready or not, and the Workshop agenda. Yours whether you continue or not.
- Two daysThe Workshop
Something is running.
The workspace is live. The company brain is built from your documents. The first skills run on real tasks, timed before and after. Your team is trained on their own work.
- Day thirtyThe check
The first number lands.
Timing re-measured on the first skill, with the person who runs it. The number goes in the report.
- Day ninetyThe re-score
The repeat work is drafted for you.
Your company has traded its stack of repeat weekly tasks for skills that draft them. Your best people do the work that moves the business. Your AI Maturity Index is re-scored from your records, so you see what moved.
- Month twelveA year on Cadence
You run a different company.
- A skill library in your company’s name, every skill readable by your team
- A roadmap with a year of builds ticked off, and the next year in sequence
- Four re-scores on one chart, from your records
- A team that asks for procedures instead of answers
The sooner day one happens, the sooner day ninety does.
Talk to TempoBaselineOne week
In one week, you know exactly where AI goes to work.
One conversation with you. One short questionnaire per department. Nobody leaves the floor. What comes back is the map most companies never draw before they spend.
Where AI belongs in your company.
Every department’s work, mapped and ranked. You see where AI pays first, which tasks to automate first, and what to leave alone. An AI strategy built on evidence.
What Claude must know about you.
Your voice, your terms, who signs what, and what AI never touches. Captured once. It becomes the company brain every skill draws on.
Who is ready now.
Each department marked ready, one fix away, or later. That order becomes your Workshop agenda.
Credited in full against the Workshop. The report is yours either way.
Workshop2 days
Two days of AI training that end with something running.
Your workspace, your company brain, your connectors and the first skills, built live on your work. Your team is trained on their own tasks, in the room. The Baseline decides what gets built.
Open the Workshop in detailThe two days block by block, what you hold within five days, and what gets installed by department.
Day oneLeadership and install
- The gap. Owner and department leads. Your baseline, the four pains, how the roadmap is sequenced.
- The install, live. The company brain built from your documents. Connectors on. The first skill built and run on a real task, timed before and after.
- All-hands enablement. Projects, the brain, skills, connectors, on their own work. How to ask for a procedure, not an answer.
- Department block one. A lead and two people. Three repeat tasks mapped, one skill scoped, an owner named.
Day twoDepartments and the roadmap
- Department blocks two to four. Same pattern, four departments on site. Five and six join by questionnaire and a remote block.
- The champion. Chosen for process knowledge, not seniority. The adoption log, the data ritual, how to ask for a skill.
- The owner close. Department order by impact. The first three builds. The Cadence tier the roadmap recommends.
Yours on delivery
Within five days of the Workshop, you hold
- 01The roadmap
Every department’s builds, in sequence.
- 02The signed baseline
Your AI Maturity Index at day 0, signed in the room.
- 03The skill library
A private repository in your company’s name.
- 04The access map
Who sees what, folder by folder.
- 05The usage policy
What AI may touch, and what it never does.
- 06The 30-day check
Already booked before we leave.
Every one of these is yours on delivery. Signed documents, not slides. Every skill in plain text your team can read. If you leave, they stay with you.
What gets installed, by department
Three stages each. The roadmap decides the order. The first one is built in the room, on your work, and timed before and after.
Cadence12 months
The monthly work that transforms your business.
The Workshop installs it. Cadence makes it compound: every month it knows more, does more, and proves more.
You never fall behind again.
Every skill checked against the latest Claude release and re-tuned where it moved.
It knows this month’s company.
The company brain kept current from the documents that changed.
The next build lands.
One new skill a month on Upkeep. Two a month on Buildout.
A number you can defend.
Re-scored on the same five axes, from your records. Scale it, fix it, or stop it.
Your champion is never alone.
Monthly office hours with the person who owns it inside your company.
All of it stays yours.
In your workspace, in your name. If you leave, it stays with you.
We build on Claude. Here is why.
An installation is a set of parts that have to fit. Tempo installs one tool and recommends it without hedging. The engine is Anthropic's. The installation, the training and the rhythm are Tempo's.
Your data stays yours
Business plans do not train on your content. The company brain belongs to the company, not the vendor.
Anthropic commercial termsBuilt to hold a company
Projects hold the brain. Skills hold the manual. Connectors hold the logins. Three layers made for exactly this.
Projects, skills, connectorsCareful with long work
Reads a 200-page spec in one pass and says what is missing instead of guessing. A person still signs off.
Every output is a draftBusiness already chose it
The largest share of what companies spend on AI models now goes to Anthropic.
Menlo Ventures, 2025Your data, guarded before anything is installed.
Four things are checked before a single skill goes in. If any is missing, we fix it first.
- The plan does not train on your data. Confirmed in writing against the platform’s own terms.
- A usage policy exists and people can say what it says.
- Access is mapped folder by folder. Nobody sees what they should not.
- One person inside your company owns it. Not us. Not the vendor.
A person always approves. Nothing sends itself.
Every skill produces a draft. Someone on your team signs off. That is the rule at every level, and it is why the score counts rework, not just speed.
- The engine keeps improving. Tempo builds the car around it and keeps it tuned.
- Every release, folded in. A monthly note on what shipped, what it touches, what we re-tuned.
Three co-founders. One method.
By the founders of CMPSE, where the method runs every day. Tempo's own shop is the first installation, and every number we show you was counted there first.
Questions
What owners ask on the first call.
Short answers. The long ones are yours on a free call.
Ask yoursWe already pay for AI. What is different?
Paying for AI gives your people a tool. Tempo gives your company an installation: your knowledge, your voice and your procedures inside that tool, connected to where the work happens, and owned by the company.
Our files are sensitive. Is this safe?
Access is mapped folder by folder before anything is installed. The plan is confirmed in writing not to train on your data. Every output arrives as a draft a person approves.
What if our best AI person leaves?
What they built stays. What they learned is written down. The company brain and the skill library live in the company workspace, in the company’s name, from the first day.
How much of my team’s time does it take?
For the Baseline: ninety minutes of yours, and fifteen to twenty minutes per person. Nobody leaves the floor. The Workshop is two days on site, or four half-days.
Do we have to buy everything?
No. The Baseline stands on its own, and it is credited in full against the Workshop. If it shows a department is not ready, the report says so, names the fix, and you keep it.
Why twelve months?
Because two days install it, and a rhythm is what changes a company. Every ninety days you see the number from your own records, and your plan moves up or down with it. Everything installed is yours from the day it lands.
What will you not promise?
Anything we have not done once. Hours returned are measured on your work, before and after, and reported. Until then, the number is “to be measured”.
